What is the right answers during a job interview?

I have an upcoming job interview for an asst managers position at a retail store and want to ace the interview by answering questions correctly. What type of questions will be asked and what should my answers be.|||Research the company first and learn what they do best and where they are going, then in the interview, ask them questions... If you take that much interest in their company to know their current affairs, they will usually take notice of you.|||You%26#039;ll probably get behavioral questions such as:

1) Tell me about a time you worked on a team to solve a problem.

2) Tell me about a time you had to work with an uncooperative team member to solve a problem.

3) What is your greatest weakness?

For more information including how to answer. See the Harvard link I left below.|||Just remember it is all about %26quot;them%26quot; and not you.

The customer is who you are trying to please in such a job as well as corporate. It is all about Sales.....|||A general rule: What you have done--your experience and achievements--is better than what you PROMISE to do.
