How can you get an entry level job if you have no work experience?

I am looking for an IT job thats not help desk but i will take what I can get but everyone in the Baltimore/ Washington area wants 3 years min experience. What can I do to make myself be more impressive online?|||Most tech job postings will put more experience than they actually want/need to ward off any random person applying. You *should* still apply to those positions if you fit the description and skill set.

Many companies are willing to invest the time and effort into teaching and molding an employee to be what they want.

You might need to take a help desk position to get your foot in the company and work your way up from there. However, you do not have to settle for one unless you need a job now, you can hold out for what you want.|||You are right you need to stand out BUT.....On line every guy is 6%26#039;2%26quot; 200 lbs and great completion. All the Woman are hot and smart. I think you best bet is to actually knock on doors and introduce yourself. That is how you stand out and how you will get hired.

While you are looking for a new position, go to the library and check out %26quot;Think and Grow Rich%26quot; by Napoleon Hill. You will have a much better idea of how to find the perfect position! I really mean this!

Good Luck.|||go to mafiya.com buy a gun and poof instead of burger king you get microsoft|||if you want to know what i have done before is lie that you have and give them a relative who sounds mature and if you didnt know i have had many part time jobs in out of college and only 2 places have checked my references but then again it also matters how much you do know but most entry level is no brainer and make yourself look professional most jobs that cant go back further then 6mths that i used was circuit city best buy and jcpenny
