Why do you think the skills of job candidates have become so important to employers? What are the implications for (a) managers in general, and (b) you personally?|||I%26#039;m not sure if you are looking for a %26quot;Health Care%26quot; response since you posted there?

Skills have always been important. It is a balancing act, depending on the level of the employee you are hiring, between skills, experience, and attitude. The LOWER the level, the less skills and experience matter (and the more attitude does!)

I think, as technology becomes more pervasive in almost all aspects of work/life skills are becoming more needed to know how to deal with it.

The second part of your question sort of sounds like homework or something? I don%26#039;t really think I can answer this for you.

Best of luck!
