Why is it unethical to exclude information from a job application?

I found an ad for a potential job. The only problem is that the ad specifically mentions that it is %26quot;a continuing, full-time position.%26quot; I know I will be returning to college in the fall. Why is it unethical to apply for the job without mentioning this fact?|||Two come to mind:


1. You%26#039;re putting the employer in a bad situation knowing that you only want the job for a short time. The employer will waste time and money training you, only to have you leave. They must then start the process all over again.


2. Someone else won%26#039;t get the job who is qualified and who will stay. Not fair to that person.
