How could I get a new job that is lower position than my previous managerial position?

Pls. help. I need an immediate job but I am looking for a job that is lesser responsibility than a managerial job.I was in a managerial position before but was fired because of my weak leadership ability. I%26#039;m afraid to apply again as manager and planning to apply as staff only. Is there a possibility that I will be hired as staff considering my long experience and high salary in my previous job?What should I tell during the interview?|||In the present job climate your task could be somewhat easier, most employers are looking for people who have a lot of experience to work for their organization.


They are offering wages that doesn%26#039;t fit the requirements of your expertise though so, a person like you could find a job quite easily in the present job market.

you are not used to doing that, you was the one giving the orders. (Asking politely) from your statement you sound like a boss most workers would want to take over from because you are a pushover.





The work place is full of those vermin, especially in the office environment, because you are a nice %26quot;Person%26quot; they take the piss.
