Go to the local banquet hall or hotel and apply. They typically need an extra 5 to 20 people on Friday and Saturday night (sometimes on Sunday afternoon.) Often, they will let you pick your schedule.
Usually banquet servers only earn minimum wage or even less. But, at the end of the night, the service fee charged by the hotel is split among the people that worked. The percentage varies, but it%26#039;s not unusual to get $100 to $150 for 4 or 5 hours of work. At many hotels, you could do this every Fri %26amp; Sat night if you wanted to. And, they have extra work during the holidays, when you%26#039;re on school break.
