I have a job interview for which I anticipate needing references. I don%26#039;t want them to call anyone at my current job, but I do have a bunch of evaluations from my time there. Is it appropriate for me to offer copies of those?|||It will look like you have something to hide if you don%26#039;t provide a reference.
If you are worried they will call you reference, ask them not to do that until you have been offered the job.
