How do you get a job at dhl and do you start off loading the vans?

Im thinking about trying to get a job at dhl do you have to start off loading the vans or can you apply to drive the vans? I was a mail carrier for 2yrs so that might can help me out.|||Being that you were a mail carrier, you could probably start out delivering I would think. DHL contracts with USPS, so you would have experience.
