What is the key to standing out when job searching?

I have a nice resume, clean appearance, good solid long term job experience, customer service and Industrial, military experience, good references, drug free, no felonies and I can%26#039;t find a job that pays more than $10. Any suggestions?|||Resume - cater your skills to whatever job you are seeking (don%26#039;t lie though). You may have a slightly different resume per job based on the skills you want to highlight





Interview - You have to have you basic marketing platform. Have at least 3 point you want to highlight, and state them at the beginning of the interview, give examples during the interview, and reiterate it at the end of the interview.





Last advice - don%26#039;t give up and don%26#039;t settle until you find exactly what you are looking for.

OF course to a professional level, but it helps when you can make the boss laugh, you catch my drift? They rather have someone great, then the average boring joe that does his job.... Network with people in your area of interest, join professional networks.


Do not give up. My b.f. for example once got a rejection letter from the company he is now working for. Also the people there never called him back when he applied on a position he found on the web. He kept on calling and it turned out that the guy who did not respond was just traveilng. Now my b.f. works for him in a really good job.


But my b.f.before that had only offers for terrible jobs with very low pay.
