What questions should one ask at a realistic job preview at a computer-retail kiosk?

Kiosk that sells computers in the mall. Realistic job preview is apart of the hiring process where you see if the job is for you and the employees check you out. What are some good questions to ask?|||Tailor your questions about them, what they sell, what they face every day, what their biggest concerns are, what are their biggest issues, etc. DO NOT make the questions about YOU. For example, minimize the %26quot;what if I have to go the lavatory questions,%26quot; or how long do I have for lunch, etc.

Make it about their BUSINESS. What are their objectives? What does a profile of their best customer look like? Do they sell to women mostly? Families, techno-geeks etc. Tailor your questions as if you were using your family inheritance to buy the chain of kiosks. Does this make sense? Ask them about their competition, who do they loose sales to? You get the point, I am sure. Good Luck........

A few more for the road: Ask them how do you know when you%26#039;ve done a good job (What criteria will be used to judge your success) OK that%26#039;s it for now.
