How can I get a job as a floor trader on the Merc Exchange on Wall Street?

Just heard a little bit about this from the book %26quot;Rigged%26quot; and I%26#039;m curious if a floor trader can make as much money as the book talks about and if so, how to go about getting a job as a floor trader.
